I was in an accident. I was referred to Dynasty. They took care of me right away! Yesenia was my point of contact. Sh ... e answered all my questions as all of this was new to me. She also helped advocate for me with her company to secure a rental for two weeks, even though I only had liability insurance. That meant so much! My tow driver had a really precarious situation getting my car in the truck. Instead of getting frustrated, he used common sense and got my car on the tow truck with a smile. A lot of drivers would have said getting my totaled car on truck was impossible and walked away. My driver did not. Win!
